He works closely with HR managers and their teams to handle employment law issues arising throughout the entire employee life cycle, including policies, hiring, leaves, compensation, accommodations, performance management, compliance, investigations, termination decisions and post-termination claims. Tom manages outside counsel, as needed, on acquisitions, disputes and specialty areas.
